My Morning Flu Shot

One of the best ways that I have learned to deal with not over eating in the morning is to try to satisfy  my cravings before they hit me full on.  It seems like if I wait until I am really hungry then I will grab something that is not so healthy for me.  Green veggies are one of the best things that you can put into your body and when you drink them they go into your blood stream even quicker.  For me having a morning smoothie not only nourishes my cells but also allows me to get full before the fullness of what appears to be hunger comes on.

Today’s Smoothie includes:

1 Cup of Almond Milk

1 Frozen Banana

2 fistful’s of organic baby spinach

1 Organic Carrot

1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

1 Large orange

1 squirt of watermelon Stevia

Blend together and enjoy!
